JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir has reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners at several state-owned companies. Most recently, Erick reshuffled the board of directors and commissioners of PT ASDP Indonesia (Ferry).

Erick said changing the board of commissioners and directors of a company is something that usually happens.

"So I think everything is normal. Indeed, in time the position of directors or commissioners can definitely be changed," he said at the BUMN Ministry Office, quoted Thursday, November 21.

For example, continued Erick, the replacement of the President Director of PT Pertamina (Persero) from Nicke Widyawati to Simon Aloysius Mantiri some time ago. According to him, the reshuffle of the position of the main director is a good transition.

"Now Mr. Simon is entering (to Pertamina), I think a good transition, which does not have a term, will actually set back a policy. No, this will be sustainable," he said.

Erick emphasized that in the end all positions have an end period. Moreover, he said, Nicke had served as President Director of Pertami for 7 years.

"Incidentally, yes, like the example of Mrs. Nicke, she succeeded. But it's been 7 years if I'm not mistaken. Pertamina's Managing Director is the longest," he said.

For your information, the reshuffle of directors and commissioners occurred in almost all sectors. Starting from transportation, infrastructure, banking, energy, food, health, tourism, manufacturing, to defense.

In total, 23 state-owned companies have been reshuffled by their board of directors and commissioners. Most recently, Erick Thohir appointed Heru Widodo as President Director of PT ASDP Indonesia (Ferry) to replace Ira Puspadewi's position.

Previously, Erick Thohir also appointed Military Commander Tsani to replace Irfan Setiaputra as President Director of PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.

Not long ago, Erick also reshuffled the directors of PT Pertamina (Persero). He replaced the president director from Nicke Widyawati to Aloysius cement. In addition, shareholders also appointed Mochamad Iriawan alias Iwan Bule as the main commissioner. Then, Dony Oskaria as deputy president commissioner and Raden Adjeng Sondaryani as independent commissioner.

Then, Erick also reshuffled the board of commissioners at the mining company, namely PT Antam (Persero) Tbk by appointing Rauf Purnama as the main commissioner.

Then, Erick also previously replaced the top leadership at Perum Bulog. Where he appointed Wahyu Suparyono to be the main director replacing Budi Waseso alias Buwas.

At the BUMN construction, Erick appointed Muhamad Akbar as Plt. President Director of Krakatau Steel to replace Silmy Karim.

Furthermore, Erick also appointed Maya Watono as Acting President Director of PT Aviasi Wisata Indonesia (Persero) or InJourney. Maya was appointed to replace Dony Oskaria who was appointed Deputy Minister of SOEs.

In the energy sector, Erick also appointed Grace Natalieie as Commissioner of the Mining BUMN Holding or MIND ID. he also appointed Fuad Bawazier as President Commissioner and Pamitra Wineka as MIND ID's independent commissioner.

The replacement of directors and commissioners was also carried out at PT PGN (Persero) Tbk, PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, PT Surveyor Indonesia, PT Dirgantara Indonesia (PTDI), Perum Perhutani, PT Hutama Karya (Persero) and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI.

Then, PT Indofarma (Persero) Tbk (INAF), PT Kimia Farma (Persero) Tbk (KAEF), Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk (BMRI), PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI), PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), PT Sucofindo, and PT Pelayaran Nasional Indonesia (Persero).
