Bank Banten Announces Corporate Cultural Transformation, Receives Award From Economic Review

BANK BANTEN (ANTARA)

JAKARTA - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Banten Tbk (Bank Banten) again proves its commitment to continue and develop by handling the transformation of the company's culture. As a result, Bank Banten received an award from the Economic Review.

The implementation of the activity was centered in the Banten state building which was attended by the Board of Directors and all organizations of Bank Banten in Indonesia that are connected online. The event was opened directly by President Director Agus Syabarrudin, Friday, April 9.

Kick-off corporate culture transformation is one of the initiatives of the strategy of strengthening internalization and implementation of corporate culture to improve the quality of cultural implementation.

"In this activity delivered a series of assessments and design of the preparation of the latest corporate culture with the hope to increase the capacity and capability of human capital through intensification of the improvement of mindset and pattern of action in the corporate culture as well as the repositioning of the organization in achieving the vision of the mission and strategy of the company", Agus explained in a written statement, Saturday, April 10.

Through cultural transformation, it is expected to foster an innovative environment and work patterns and increase efficiency while promoting service to customers. This will certainly boost the company's performance while increasing trust and achieving success in line with the company's tagline "Rebuild the Trust, Reach the Glory".

On the same day, Bank Banten won the "Indonesia Enterprises Risk Management Award-IV Year 2021" from the Economic Review for the category of Regional Development Bank (BPD).

The award was symbolically received by Corporate Secretary Chandra Dwipayana who represents the Board of Directors of Bank Banten. This award is inseparable from the implementation and support of the company in implementing and creating and protecting the company's value through the concept of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM).

Meanwhile, Agus said Bank Banten should continue to build human resource competencies supported by corporate values. The goal is to ensure organizations have dynamic capabilities in facing all challenges while capturing opportunities to grow sustainably.
