JAKARTA - PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance (IIF) in collaboration with PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (Smartfren) and PT Smart Telecom (Smarttel) signed a syndicated credit agreement worth IDR 10 trillion on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

The collaboration aims to refinancing the existence of loans and the construction of 5G network connection infrastructure.

The credit agreement involved 6 creditors including IIF with 2 Original Mandated Lead Arrangers & Bookrunners, namely PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (Persero) and BCA.

As one of the leads arrangers, IIF received a portion of credit disbursement of IDR 500 billion. The lending is based on the consideration that telecommunication access and information play a crucial role in the development of the network connection infrastructure needed for economic growth.
