The Head of the Sub-Directorate for the Development and In-depth of the State Securities Market, DJPPR Chandra A.S. Wibowo, came from two retail bonds, consisting of the ORI026T3 series of Rp. 16.31 trillion and the ORI026T6 series of Rp. 3.04 trillion.

Chandra said that ORI026T3 and ORI026T6 will be offered on September 30, 2024 and will end on October 24, 2024.oooooo

"By considering the yield of Government Securities in the secondary market and liquidity in the financial market which is quite strict, ORI026T3 and ORI026T6 are offered with competitive coupons, namely 6.30 percent and 6.40 percent, respectively," he explained in his statement, Tuesday, October 29.

Chandra said that ORI026T6 is the first retail SBN as a sustainable Development Goals (SDG) bond or which supports sustainable development goals. SDGs are 17 (seventeen) global goals set by the United Nations (UN) to overcome various global challenges such as poverty, inequality, climate change, and so on.

Meanwhile, all funds obtained from the issuance of ORI026T3 and ORI026T6 are used to meet the 2024 APBN financing target and changes (if any).

Chandra added that the Government will invest the equivalent amount of funds obtained from the issuance of ORI026T6 in eligible projects as Eligible SDGs Expenditures based on the Framework of State Securities for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs Government Securities Framework).

According to Chandra, total investors of ORI026T3 reached 42,796 investors, of which 13,701 (32.01 percent) were new investors. A total of 7,829 ORI026T6 investors, of which 2,129 (27.19 percent) are new investors.

Then in ORI026T3 there are 3,618 investors who ordered a nominal value of IDR 1 million, namely 7.9 percent of the total investors or 0.02 percent of the total nominal. Meanwhile, in ORI026T6 there were 1,098 investors who made orders with a nominal value of IDR 1 million, namely 13.1 percent of the total investors or 0.04 percent of the total nominal.

"Based on the number of investors, the Millennial generation again dominates ORI026T3 investors by 43 percent and ORI026T6 by 51 percent. But in nominal terms, it is still dominated by the Baby Boomers generation by 39 percent for ORI026T3 and generation X by 40 percent for ORI026T6," he said.

Chandra explained that based on professions, Private Employees still dominate the number of ORI026T3 investors by 34 percent and ORI026T6 by 38 percent. However, in nominal terms, investors who work as entrepreneurs still dominate ORI026T3 orders by 39 percent and ORI026T6 by 41 percent.

Meanwhile, based on gender, the number of male investors ORI026T3 is dominated by 58 percent and ORI026T6 is dominated by female investors by 53 percent. If viewed by investor profession, housewives are ranked in the top three ORI026T3 investors and the top four are ORI026T6T6 investors.
