JAKARTA - The establishment of the Anagata Nusantara Resources Investment Management Agency (BP) is considered a manifestation of the realization of economic democracy based on Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution.

He stated that the formation of BP Investasi Danantara is also a structural and functional institutional reform related to the management of state assets.
According to Juhady, the first thing that the agency must do is ensure that the implementation of its duties and authorities must be stated in clear laws and regulations, including how Danantara is related to other institutions in the short, medium and long term.
He also said that the institution has the potential to increase Indonesia's competitiveness in the global investment market.
