JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia revealed the export plan for the precursor of electric vehicle (EV) batteries.
The precursors will be exported to Elon Musk's world-leading electric car manufacturer, Tesla. Meanwhile, the precursors to be exported are the result of the production of a nickel processing plant located in the Weda Bay Industrial Estate, Halmahera, North Maluku.
"We will export the precursors next month to America to meet the Tesla in Weda Bay," said Bahlil, quoted on Saturday, October 19.
