This Is The Contents Of Bahlil's Discussion When Meeting Prabowo In Kertanegara

JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Bahlil Lahadalia revealed that he did not yet know the possibility of himself remaining as Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources in the government of Elected President Prabowo Subianto even though he was also summoned to Prabowo's residence in Kertanegara.

Bahlil said that when he was summoned by Prabowo, he was invited to talk about the energy issue that Bahlil currently handled during his tenure as Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources for the last two months. Not only that, said Bahlil, he was also invited to discuss various issues including the sovereignty and management of natural resources (SDA).

"So yesterday I came and was invited to discuss the state, about sovereignty in managing natural resources," he said, quoted on Saturday, October 19.

He continued, discussions carried out with Prabowo also included the use of natural resources for people's welfare and increasing state revenue.

The two of them also discussed problems that occurred in the energy sector, one of which was an effort to increase the achievement of oil lifting which recently continued to show a downward trend.

Bahlil said, Prabowo always emphasized the importance of sovereignty in the management of natural resources as mandated in Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution.

"All wealth, earth, sea and air are controlled by the state and used as much as possible for the welfare of the people in realizing the welfare of the nation and state," Bahlil explained.
