JAKARTA - Digital financial technology company PT Trans Digital Cemerlang (TDC) said that digital payment systems can help micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) do better financial recording.

"With digital payments, data on each transaction is recorded and stored systematically, thus allowing users to review their sales activities easily," said TDC President Director Indra in a statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Friday, October 18.

TDC developed POSKU Lite, namely the Point of Sale (POS) application which can be used to manage stores, such as product management and categories, purchase orders, and sales management. The application can help MSME players accelerate, secure, and guarantee digital transactions.

"POS in general, this system is equipped with an invoice printing machine. The POS system was also created to provide efficiency with technology that helps calculate sales and bookkeeping automatically," said Indra.

He said the advantage of the Posku Lite system is based on Android which emphasizes speed and convenience from the user's side.

He gave an example of the Kasirku feature at Posku Lite which is the main feature for selling.

"With the Kasirku feature, users can accept payments flexibly through cash, QRIS, and bank transfers. In this feature, it is easier for traders to change or add information about product prices," said Indra.

Indra added that currently his party is developing an Online Bank Payment Point (PPOB), namely an online payment system by utilizing banking facilities. In this case, the payments in question can vary, ranging from PLN, BPJS, PDAM, telephone, credit, internet, data packages, insurance, credit cards, multi finance, to game vouchers.

"The more useful it is, the easier it is to use and the more free it is, the more popular it will be. Digital transactions are a necessity, whether they like it or not, the more digital the Indonesian economy will be," said Indra.

In line with Indra, Chairman of the Indonesian Pet Shop Entrepreneurs Association (Aspin) Ady Sasmita believes that the use of digital transactions will further facilitate payments in the business world. Aspin members who have a majority of young consumers also feel helped.

"Young people care for many animals who use digital transactions. For us, digital use is very helpful," said Ady.

Ady said that digital payment transactions make entrepreneurs do not need to spend money in return. In addition, digital transactions are also safer because they reduce the potential for fraud. Then, for entrepreneurs it will also be easier to see cash flow with the use of digital transactions.

"On the way to business, I saw the cash flow, the cash flow, right. Well, it's also very easy to see cash flow at a fast time," said Ady.

He gave an example of the use of QRIS is now preferred because consumers no longer need to use ATM cards as a means of payment. Entrepreneurs also do not need to use fairly complicated tools.

"If QRIS immediately scans the barcode, it will be finished. There is no need to fill out ATM pins or use more tools. Now there is also a trend for animal owners, right? Young people. They prefer to use digital transactions," said Ady.
