Government Reserve Rice Distribution In Nagan Raya Reaches 5,323 Kg

JAKARTA - The Nagan Raya Regency Government, Aceh Province, recorded that the distribution of government reserve rice (CBP) phase two in the area in the second week of October 2024 had reached 5,323 kilograms from the total allocation this month of 16,188 kilograms.

"Local governments continue to strive to distribute rice aid to the poor, as an effort to meet the food needs of the community," said Head of the Department of Marine Affairs, Fisheries and Food of Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh, Azman as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 17.

He said that in the detention of the two government reserve rice aids, the number of recipients of the rice aid was intended for 16,188 poor people spread across 10 sub-districts in Nagan Raya Regency, Aceh.

The total allocation of rice to be distributed is currently 16,188 kilograms for 16,188 beneficiary families (KPM).

The rice assistance is intended for the poor spread across Beutong District as many as 2,068 beneficiary families (KPM), Beutong Ateuh Banggalang District 129 KPM, Darul Makmur as many as 5,165 KPM, Kuala as many as 1,461 KPM, Kuala Pesisir as many as 1,468 KPM.

Then in Seunagan District as many as 1,353 KPM, East Seunagan District as many as 1,438 KPM, Suka Makmue District as many as 978 KPM, Tadu Raya District as many as 1,260 KPM and Tripa Makmur District as many as 868 KPM.

Azman said that the distribution of government reserve rice aid was distributed directly by Perum Bulog Meulaboh Branch, West Aceh Regency.

Meanwhile, the distribution of rice aid is centered through the post office in each sub-district.

"For sub-districts that do not have a post office, the distribution of rice is centered in every sub-district office," said Azman.
