Hashim Djojohadikusumo Hopes Minister Of Public Housing In Prabowo's Government Is An Open Figure

Chairman of the Presidential Housing Task Force (Satgas) elected Prabowo Subianto, Hashim Djojohadikusumo hopes that the figure of the minister of public housing who will be elected by Prabowo Subianto in the new government will be an open figure. In addition, it can also go directly to the field, close to the perpetrators and the property ecosystem.

"You have to go to the field often, meet with the perpetrators (properties) often, you have to be open," said Hashim quoting Antara.

He revealed that he already knew the names who would fill the position of minister of public housing, but he and the transition team were committed not to divulge it before the inauguration of the new president and vice president on October 20.

"I actually knew his name, but I made an appointment not to divulge it before October 20. It has been warned that the name could have been reshuffled even 5 minutes before the cabinet was announced," said Hashim.

Chairman of the MPR RI Bambang Soesatyo alias Bamsoet supports the discourse of the elected presidential candidate in the 2024 election Prabowo Subianto who will make the Ministry of Public Housing a separate ministry from the Ministry of Public Works.

According to him, this effort can make the government focus on providing livable houses for various communities, as well as mobilizing the housing sector as a support for national economic growth.

With Prabowo Subianto's leadership, he believes that strong political stability and partnerships between the business world and the government will remain well established, as has been established so far with President Joko Widodo's administration.

In welcoming the Prabowo government, said Bamsoet, the business world must also prepare itself. Moreover, Prabowo is a figure known for his firmness and love for Indonesia so that private business actors must also follow it by always prioritizing the interests of the people in every business step they take.
