BSI Opens Weekend Banking Services At 470 Outlets Throughout Indonesia

PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI) opens a routine schedule for weekend banking services in 470 outlets spread throughout Indonesia spread from Aceh to Eastern Indonesia during October 2024.

BSI Corporate Secretary Wisnu Sunandar said weekend banking services are routinely carried out to provide services to people who need to make transactions to branches on weekends.

"Every month around 40-50 percent of branch office outlets, assistant branch offices are ready to serve BSI customers," said Wisnu in a statement in Jakarta, quoted from Antara, Saturday, October 5.

Customers can be served from 08.00-14.00 local time and to check the location of the BSI weekend banking can be through the website www.bankbsi.co.id.

Wisnu added, for time efficiency and transactions, especially cash withdrawals without cards, it can be done at BSI ATMs, which currently have more locations and are spread across strategic locations throughout Indonesia. Or just to report complaints, customers can also be done safely and easily through BSI e-channels at BSI Call 14040 and BSI Mobile which can serve 24 hours non-stop.

In addition, BSI has collaborated with Indomaret minimarkets for cash withdrawal transactions, as well as electricity payments and other payment transactions.

BSI also has services through BSI Mobile which is equipped with account transfer checks, cardless cash withdrawals, BSI transfers and other banks, payments, purchases, ZISWAF, gold and multipurpose financing, e-wallet top ups, e-commerce and other Islamic services.

"We also urge the public to optimize cashless transactions, such as BSI Mobile, QRIS, BSI debit card, and BSI Hasanah Card in transactions," said Wisnu.

Wisnu also continues to appeal to all customers that there are many fraudulent modes on behalf of banks, namely fraud under the guise of lottery, giveaway, cash prizes and lucrative investments.
