JCI Ends Stronger, Shares Of BYAN Owned By The Indonesian Coal King Low Tuck Kwong Soared 2.15 Percent

JAKARTA - The Composite Stock Price Index (JCI) ended up 1.52 percent or 114.20 points to 7,642.13. This made the shares of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN) skyrocket at the end of trading today.

Citing data from RTI, Jakarta, October 1, BYAN's share price closed up 2.15 percent or 350 points to a level of IDR 16,650 per share.

As for the opening, the share price belonging to the conglomerate Low Tuck Kwong rose to IDR 16,600 per share compared to the previous closing at IDR 16,300. Meanwhile, BYAN's share price was traded at a price level of IDR 16,350 - IDR 16,750 per share in trading this Tuesday.

Meanwhile, BYAN's total trading frequency reached 275 times with a trading volume of 120.40 thousand shares with a daily transaction value of IDR 1.99 billion. As well as BYAN's stock market capitalization, it was recorded at IDR 555 trillion.

Meanwhile, PT Bank Mega Tbk (MEGA) closed stagnantly at IDR 4,950 per share until the close of trading Tuesday, October 2, 2024.

As for the opening, MEGA's share price was at IDR 4,950 per share, the same as at the previous closing at IDR 4,950. Meanwhile, MEGA's share price was traded at a price range of IDR 4,940 to IDR 4,950 per share in today's trading.
