KAI Commuter Urges Pregnant Women's PIN Services Not To Be Misused

JAKARTA - KAI Commuter appealed that the special services provided to female users, namely the PIN of Pregnant Women, should not be misused. These services make it easier for officers and other passengers to provide assistance to the right customers.

However, continued Joni, users of pregnant women can also get special services, namely the PIN Service for Pregnant Women. This service is to make it easier for officers to provide assistance to the right customers, especially during the first trimester of pregnancy, which physically still does not appear pregnant.

With this PIN for Pregnant Women, KAI Commuter provides priority and special services while on trips and station areas.

How To Get A Pregnant Mother's Pin

Joni said that to use this service, users must first register online on the link http://bit.ly/30DZ20k for users of the Jabodetabek area and the link http://bit.ly/3rRIIGE for users in the Yogyakarta and Solo regions.

In the registration, users must attach documents that must be uploaded such as user photos, pregnancy letters and Birth Estimated Day (HPL) from the hospital or Midwife and register their KMT number.

Joni also added that there would be a expiration date for the use of the PIN or a limit after the HPL of the registrant listed on the back of this PIN for Pregnant Women.

Furthermore, Joni said that KAI Commuter officers will also send confirmation emails on HPL's D+1 month to users that match the HPL limit date to return the pins for pregnant women that have been given.

"So we gave a time limit of one month to return the pin," Joni added.

Joni said KAI Commuter also invites Commuter Line users to maintain comfort and respect other users.

"Therefore, to users who have a pregnant women's PIN and have crossed the HPL limit to immediately return the pin to the officer at the station," he said.
