Jasa Marga Records 98,084 Vehicles Leaving West Java Heading To East Wilyah Trans Java

PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Road recorded an increase in the volume of vehicle traffic at a number of Main Toll Gates (GT) for the Trans Java Region spread across West Java, Central Java and East Java on D-3 to D-2 for the long holiday period. Maulid Nabi Muhammad SAW.

VP Corporate Secretary and Legal of PT Jasamarga Transjawa Toll Ria Marlinda Paallo said, for West Java at the Cikampek Utama Toll Gate, 98,084 vehicles were recorded heading to East Wilyah Trans Java.

"The total volume of vehicles passing through GT Cikampek Utama increased by 54.35 percent, compared to normal traffic (traffic) of 63,546 vehicles," he said in an official statement, Monday, September 16.

Meanwhile, Ria continued, for vehicles entering from the East Trans Java Region, there were 57,345 vehicles, an increase of 5.91 percent from normal traffic of 54,144 vehicles.

Meanwhile, for the Central Java region, continued Ria, the volume of Kalikangkung Toll Gate vehicles to Semarang, on D-3 to D-2 the long holiday period for the Prophet Muhammad SAW was recorded at 53,132 vehicles, an increase of 69.36 percent from normal traffic as many as 31,373 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Jakarta, there were 31,324 vehicles recorded, an increase of 17.22 percent from normal traffic as many as 26,722 vehicles," he explained.

Then, continued Ria, as many as 73,241 vehicles were recorded heading to Solo via the Banyumanik Toll Gate, an increase of 45.57 percent from normal traffic of 50,314 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Jakarta, there were 41,157 vehicles recorded, an increase of 14.38 percent for normal traffic as many as 35,984 vehicles," he explained.

Ria said for the East Java region, there were 45,384 vehicles heading to Surabaya via the Warugunung Toll Gate (GT), an increase of 19.73 percent for normal traffic as many as 37,904 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Jakarta via the Warugunung GT, there were 51,248 vehicles recorded, an increase of 35.36 percent for normal traffic as many as 37,861 vehicles," he said.

Furthermore, Ria said, Jasa Marga Transjawa Toll Road also recorded 69,766 vehicles heading to Malang, an increase of 25.88 percent from normal traffic of 55,424 vehicles.

"For vehicles heading to Surabaya, 60,058 vehicles were recorded, an increase of 13.39 percent from normal traffic of 52,968 vehicles," he said.

Seeing this condition, PT JTT appealed to Trans Java toll road users to prepare themselves before entering a trip on the toll road.

"Make sure you are in top condition, ensure the adequacy of fuel and electronic money balances, and comply with signs and directions from officers in the field," he said.
