There Is An Increase In The Volume Of Toll Roads Outside Java Ahead Of The 2024 Prophet's Birthday Holiday

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga Tbk (JSMR) noted that a number of Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division (JNT) toll roads experienced an increase in traffic volume (traffic) on a number of toll roads outside Java Island ahead of the long Maulid holiday. Prophet Muhammad SAW on September 16, 2024.

"Meanwhile, for the Belawan 'Medan' Toll Road, Tanjung Morawa recorded 86,649 vehicles passing, an increase of 3.4 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024 of 83,789 vehicles," said Senior General Manager of Jasamarga Nusantara Tollroad Regional Division Tyas Pramoda Wardhani in a written statement, Saturday, September 14.

Then, for the Balikpapan 'Samarinda Toll Road, 12,882 vehicles passed or an increase of 9.9 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024 of 11,726 vehicles.

Then, an increase in traffic also occurred on the Manado 'Bitung Toll Road, which recorded 6,062 vehicles passing or an increase of 4 percent compared to the daily normal traffic volume in 2024 of 5,831 vehicles.

He appealed to toll road users to anticipate the long holiday period of the Prophet Muhammad saw well.
