Pursuing The Year-End PTSL Target, AHY Says He Has Registered 117 Million Lands

JAKARTA - Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/Head of the National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) said that currently his party has succeeded in registering more than 117 million plots of land.

"The target we want to achieve is by the end of the year. This means that by the end of December 2024, 120 million land parcels have been registered. As of today, more than 117 million land parcels have been registered," AHY said in a written statement, quoted on Saturday, September 14.

In detail, based on data from the Directorate General of Land Rights Determination (PHPT), the number of registered land is 117.4 million plots of land

Thus, the Ministry of ATR/BPN has reached 97.8 percent of the PTSL target by 2024. Meanwhile, the number of certified land reached 93.4 million plots of land.

"Hopefully the remaining time we have, we can also focus. I need to make sure that in the regions, I don't know how to work effectively so that the PTSL (Complete Systematic Land Registration) targets can be achieved properly," he said.

The PTSL program is carried out in order to regulate land administration and provide welfare for the people of Indonesia.

"This PTSL is a strategic program, the aim is to provide legal certainty over land for all Indonesians, individuals and communal people. Of course, we hope that this national spatial planning will also be more neat in administration," concluded AHY.
