JAKARTA - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung Tbk (WEGE) reported the progress of a number of projects in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN) which were worked on by the company.

Meanwhile, specifically for the construction of the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Kemenko Marves) Building, the progress is currently said to have reached 83 percent.

Hadian targets that the Kemenko Marves Building project can be completed in October 2024.

"For the Coordinating Ministry for Maritime Affairs and Fisheries Building, the progress is 83 percent and the plan should be completed in October," he said.

It is known, the total contract value of the two projects at IKN reached IDR 2.2 trillion. In the future, continued Hadian, his party also hopes to immediately realize a number of new contracts at IKN.

"And for the others at IKN, we have now participated in three tenders and hopefully we can get one or two (projects) again," he added.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono is targeting 12 flats (rusun) for ASN, Polri and BIN and Paspampres in IKN to be operational this August.

Basuki said that the residential houses of ASN, Polri and BIN as well as Paspampres in IKN total 47 towers and now 14 towers have been topping off.

"In August, God willing, as many as 12 flat towers will be able to operate," he said at a Working Meeting with Commission V DPR RI in Jakarta, Thursday, June 6.
