The Ministry Of PUPR Has Prepared A Master Plan For The Toll Road In The Prabowo Government, A Length Of 2,300 Kilometers

JAKARTA - Spokesperson for the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Endra S. Atmawidjaja said, there are 2,300 kilometers (km) of toll roads that will be prepared for work programs in the era of the leadership of Elected President Prabowo Subianto.

Endra said the toll road construction project had been included in the PUPR Ministry's master plan or master plan for the work program in 2025.

"The PUPR program is at least the same as the number of toll roads built from 2014-2024 in the Jokowi era. 2025 has a program of 2,300 km," he said when met by reporters at his office, Thursday, August 22.

"We have prepared the manufacturer. At least it has started that long. However, it has been returned to the new government's priority," he continued.

He said that later the construction of the toll road would be focused on the sustainability of existing toll roads in the Jokowi era and newly built segments.

"Trans Sumatra, right, now there are still a lot of Langsa to Sigli. Then, from Pekanbaru to Kisaran, from Jambi to Pekanbaru," he said.

"Then the fins come from Padang. Right, Sicincin has connected this year. From Sicincin to the base it penetrated the hills. Then, from Bengkulu to Palembang to Muara Enim. So, the fins are Trans Sumatra," added Endra.

According to him, the construction of a 2,300 km toll road will require a budget of around Rp460 trillion.

"For 2,300 km, approximately 1 km is assumed to be Rp200 billion. So, (around) Rp460 trillion (for) 2,300 km. That is for the completion of the Trans Sumatra, Java and IKN toll roads. Mainly the three toll roads," he added.
