Expanding Business Expansion, Kimia Farma Opens Primary Clinics At IKN

JAKARTA - In order to improve health services in the Nusantara Capital (IKN) and the moment of commemorating the 79th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika (KFD) inaugurated 2 (two) Primary Clinics in the IKN area on Monday, August 19.

KFD in carrying out its function as an agent of development that supports the Government's program in improving health, is present as the first health facility in the capital city of Nusantara to facilitate state civil servants (ASN) in the capital city of the archipelago. Through the participation of BPJS Health, KFD received health services for Clinical examinations and Medical Laboratorys.

Efforts to approach health services through promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative services are carried out in an effort to nourish the people in Indonesia. This effort is a tangible manifestation of KFD in carrying out the transformation of the health sector in line with the Ministry of Health, especially in the first pillar (Pilar Health Transformation Ministry) of the transformation of primary services.

For this reason, of course, it is necessary to strengthen collaboration between the government and the provider of health care facilities at the first level, in this case KFD.

"Of course we are very proud to be given the opportunity to be part of the nation's history in realizing the New Nusantara for Advanced Indonesia. The presence of KFD is expected to provide fulfillment of basic health service facilities needed by the surrounding community at IKN, especially for ASN. This is proof that KFD is committed to continuing to be dedicated in realizing a Healthy Indonesia," said the President Director of PT Kimia Farma Diagnostika, Arie Genipa Suhendi, in a written statement, Tuesday, August 20.

Kimia Farma's Primary Clinic was inaugurated by Arie, also witnessed by Jasmine K. Karsono, as Director of Portfolio, Products and Services of PT Kimia Farma Tbk. The outlets that were inaugurated were in two IKN areas, namely:

a. Kimia Farma's Primary Clinic in the KEMENKO 1 area to become a satellite clinic will serve 1,300 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in an area where the target is to start mobilizing in September 2024.

b. Kimia Farma Primary Clinic in the 1A Construction Worker Residential Area serves more than 14,000 construction workers who also build IKN.
