PT Pegadaian presents discount promos for customers who top up gold Savings products as an effort to increase public interest in investing as well as to welcome the celebration of the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia.

President Director of Pegadaian Damar Latri Setiawan said that gold is often chosen by the public to invest because its value tends to be stable and safe against inflation.

Through the gold investment product, he said that the public does not need to worry about storing precious metals at home because all investment processes can be carried out through the Digital Pawnshop or Digital Sharia Pegadaian applications.

Through this application, customers can also disburse their gold savings by pawning or selling. The gold balance they have can be printed into gold bullion.

To enjoy the discount promo for the 79th Indonesian Independence Day, customers can make top-up transactions for Gold Savings at the nearest Pegadaian outlet using the code MERDEKA79.

Customers are entitled to a 0.5 percent discount from the nominal top up with a minimum transaction of IDR 790 thousand and a maximum discount of IDR 797 thousand.

Not only on outlets, customers can also make top-up Gold Savings transactions through the Digital Pegadaian or Digital Sharia Pegadaian application using the MERDEKA45 code.

Customers can enjoy a 0.5 percent discount from the nominal top up with a minimum transaction of IDR 790 thousand and a maximum discount of IDR 454 thousand.

The discount promo, which will take place from August 6 to October 18, applies to new customers and existing customers and cannot be merged with other promos.

Customers can only enjoy one discount per top up transaction. Benefits from the promo will be received by customers on the same date as the transaction date.
