Welcoming RI's 79th Anniversary, KCIC Discounts 17 Percent Of Train Tickets

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) presents a promo in welcoming the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. The promo is in the form of a 17 percent discount on flight tickets for premium economy classes specifically for departures on August 17.

KCIC General Manager Corporate Secretary Eva Chairunisa said the promo applies to departures from Jakarta, Halim and Bandung, namely Padalarang or Tegalluar.

Eva said ticket bookings for departures on August 17, 2024 can be ordered. The public can buy them through purchase channels such as loan applications, web tickets.kcic.co.id, Ticket Vending Machines and counters at stations, as well as partner applications such as Access by KAI, Livin by Mandiri, BRImo, and BNI Mobile Banking.

"KCIC provides a promo for the entire roadwalk in commemoration of the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia, we would like to give appreciation to all Indonesian people who have supported and used the MEDICAL high-speed train service," Eva said in an official statement, Tuesday, August 6.

Eva said there were 48PORTed trips on August 17, 2024, which would get promos. Meanwhile, the total tempT seats in Premium Ekonomi class who received promos were 26,640 or 555 seats on every trip.

The 17 percent RI Anniversary Discount Promo cannot be combined with the Frequentwaser Card program or other discounts. Tickets that have been purchased for travel on August 17 can still be canceled and the schedule changed in accordance with applicable regulations," he explained.

Eva hopes that this tariff discount will also encourage an increase in domestic tourist visits who want to explore various destinations in Indonesia more quickly and comfortably.
