Work On HPK Phase 2 At IKN Completed In A Short Time

JAKARTA The construction worker residence project or HPK phase 2 in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), has just won a Muri record.

Using the latest technology, the 4-story buildingtoping process can be completed in a short time, 29 hours 26 minutes 51 seconds.

The work on the phase 2 HPK supervised by the Ministry of PUPR collaborated with PT Adhi Karya and Adhi Persada Gedung, using the material Sandiwch EPS Panel produced by PT Alsun Suksisiindo, the best panel manufacturer in Indonesia in East Bekasi.

The brief work of HPK phase 2 is proof of the progress of Indonesia's construction which is realized in IKN. The 4-story top off of the building was carried out in a short time using a Mobox or mobile box.

Toping off refers to installation at the end of the structure or completion of the roof on a building.

This indicates that the structure has reached its maximum altitude. But that doesn't mean the project is completely complete.

In cutting off, the Ministry of PUPR uses Mobox assistance.

Please note, Mobox is a modular construction system developed using steel components that can be combined with other materials.

What distinguishes the Mobox from other modular systems is that the Mobox has a moduli that can be moved and built without the need to use the heavy equipment.

So that delivery to locations that have limited access can be passed.

The Director General of Housing of the Ministry of PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, explained that the award from Muri's record could encourage workers.

"HPK Phase II managed to get a four-story MURI Topping Off Building Record in 29 hours 26 minutes 51 seconds. This MURI record is expected to spur the enthusiasm of construction workers to build various infrastructures in the capital city of the archipelago," said Iwan in a written statement, Wednesday, July 31.

Meanwhile, Director of PT Alsun Suksesindo Rudy Kesuma explained that the material used to build the HPK phase 2 is the EPS Panel Sandwich, a high-quality material to reduce heat and sound.

"The raw materials are all from within the country, the EPS Panel Sandwich and is already TKDN. This material can reduce heat and sound. I hope that all development in Indonesia will use the Alsun Panel Sandwich to make it faster and prioritize Green Product because it is curvature friendly", concluded Rudy Kesuma.
