Perhutani Presents Vending Machine For MSME Products, Sells Coffee To Honey

Perum Perhutani inaugurated the weakening machine and also the Corner micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). This machine sells various MSME products fostered by Perum Perhutani ranging from coffee, sale bananas to honey.

The inauguration was carried out directly by Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs, Arya Sinulingga together with the Head of the Public Relations Bureau and Facilitation of Strategic Support of the Ministry of SOEs Rachman Ferry Isfianto and the President Director of Perum Perhutani Wahyu Kuncoro, at the Perum Perhutani Office, Jakarta, Monday, July 15.

Special Staff III of the Minister of SOEs, Arya Sinulingga, said that the Perum Perhutani initiative aims to facilitate public access to MSME products at any time, anywhere.

"This step is a breakthrough from Mr. Erick Thohir as part of an effort to continue to support MSMEs in developing their market. Mr. Erick, if he meets MSMEs, he is always asked how the solution is to help the MSME market so that it can be included in the scope of SOEs, so we facilitate MSME products to enter the beverage machine managed by SOEs," said Arya.

Arya hopes that the presence of this vending machine will become an added value for MSMEs and also Perhutani. Moreover, he continued, in today's era marketing is starting to shift.

"Products that pick up potential buyers, we help MSMEs so that their flagship products are in storefronts that are close to the community," he said.

Meanwhile, the President Director of Perum Perhutani Wahyu Kuncoro explained that Perhutani is committed to improving the quality of life of forest village communities and optimizing the benefits of joint production forests.

Wahyu said the vending machine and MSME Corner Perum Perhutani provided various coffee products produced by MSMEs from various regions, from West Java to East Java. The coffee offered consists of various varieties from robusta coffee species, excelsa,liberica, and Arabica to the creation of okra coffee.

Until now, continued Wahyuni, Perhutani together with the forest village community have developed coffee cultivation in an area of 43,143 Ha spread over 32 Perhutani Forest Transport Units (KPH), with the support of 518 Forest Village Community Institutions (LMDH) and 75,872 farmers.

"In addition to coffee products, MSME Corner Perhutani also provides various products made by 24 fostered MSME partners spread across 18 Perhutani work units, such as food, drinks, batik souvenirs, and handicrafts from rattan," he said.

For your information, with the addition of a beverage machine and MSME Corner managed by Perum Perhutani today, SOEs manage nine ending machines. Previously, there were eight ending machines for MSME products available in various strategic locations.

The location includes the Ministry of SOEs provided by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk or BRI. There is also at Gambir Station by PT Pertamina (Persero) and Gondangdia Station by PT PLN (Persero) both in collaboration with PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI).

Then at all terminals at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. Terminal 1 by BNI, Terminal 2 by Telkom, and Terminal 3 by PLN, all of them are in collaboration with PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia (InJourney Airports). In addition, vortex machines are also available at Hutama Karya offices and Pegadaian offices.

Each conversational machine provides at least 20 snack products from local MSMEs, with payment transactions that can be made easily using QRIS. After payment, the product can be directly taken in the bottom of the Killing machine box.
