Bank DKI Wins Best Bank 2024 Award

JAKARTA - For the achievement of the performance of the 2023 financial year, Bank DKI has again made achievements by winning the 2024 Best Bank Awards in the category of Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD) Groups of Banks Based on Core Capital (KBMI) II: Up to IDR 14 Trillion, from Investortrust.id media.

The award was received directly by Bank DKI Corporate Secretary Arie Rinaldi, representing Bank DKI President Director Agus H. Widodo, at the Investortrust Best Bank 2024 which was held in Jakarta on Thursday 11 July.

In his written statement, Agus dedicates the award received to all stakeholders, especially customers, shareholders and business partners who continue to give trust to Bank DKI.

"This achievement is certainly a spirit for Bank DKI to continue to provide banking products and services that are able to answer banking needs for Bank DKI customers and partners," said Agus.

The Best Bank 2024 award was given by Investortrust.id media as an appreciation to the Bank which has impressive performance throughout 2023. The award winner's assessment of The Best Bank Awards 2024 is based on the grouping of core capital (KBMI) or the highest assessment of performance throughout 2023-2024. In addition, the winner of the Best Bank 2024 award is also based on the assessment and decision of the Independent jury.

For information, Bank DKI continues to initiate the development and innovation of digital-based products and services for the expansion of accessibility, including the development of JakOne Mobile, JakCard card-based electronic payments, MSME support with JakOne Abank agency systems, including various collaborative efforts, such as integrated payment electronification on transportation modes, DKI Provincial Government managed tourist attractions, digitizing the payment of the Perumda Pasar Jaya management market, to various digital collaborations with BPD, BUMD and other entities.

Most recently, Bank DKI also introduced the Jakarta Tourist Pass as a digital solution based on electronic cards (JakCard) and applications (JakOne Pay) designed to provide convenience for tourists, such as accessing popular destination information, transportation, payments, and other tourism services in Jakarta.

Agus added that the Indonesia Best Bank Awards 2024 obtained by Bank DKI was an appreciation and motivated Bank DKI to continue to expand access to finance and increase added value for products and services, including through various synergy steps.
