JAKARTA - Director of PT Insight Investments Management (Insight IM) Ria M Waranda revealed that around 70 percent of their mutual fund investors came from the millennial generation and generation Z.

He explained that the dominance of millennial and generation Z investors is in line with data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) as of January 2024, which is 56.29 percent of capital market investors aged 30 years and under and 23.66 percent are in the age range of 31 to 40 years.
He continued, the potential for a large market encourages his party to take various steps to encourage investment interests for young people, ranging from financial education activities to campuses, and light education about investment and finance for novice investors.
