BUMD JIEP Earns Revenue Of IDR 255.95 Billion And Profit Of IDR 60.84 Billion In 2023

JAKARTA - PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung (JIEP) BUMD revenue in 2023 grew by Rp255.95 billion, an increase of 126 percent compared to the achievement in 2022.

"It has also been recorded that the company's profit achievement is Rp. 60.84 billion or grew by 159 percent compared to 2022," said PT Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulogadung President Director Satrio Witjaksono in an official statement, quoted from Antara, Sunday, June 30.

The company's performance was reported at a general meeting of shareholders (GMS) with the agenda of ratifying the annual report for the 2023 financial year on Friday (28/6).

Satrio explained that PT JIEP's total assets for the 2023 financial year reached IDR 1.02 trillion or grew by 114 percent from the previous year.

The company was also able to achieve a score of implementing the principle of good corporate governance (GCG) in 2023 of 85,771 out of a maximum value of 100 or with a very good predicate.

"We also managed to record KPI achievements with a final score of 95.65 and succeeded in realizing the company's health level through the title of AA (healthy) with a final score of 92," he added.

Director of Human Resources & Law of PT Danareksa (Persero), as well as the leader of the GMS, R. Muhammad Irwan, appreciated PT JIEP's performance throughout 2023 with a positive record of growth and profit.

Assistant for the Economy and Finance of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Secretary Sri Haryati said that the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government approved this GMS with a note that PT JIEP's continued acceleration of growth by always using GCG principles.

PT JIEP is the first industrial estate developer and manager company in Indonesia.

The company's business is engaged in the management and development of the Pulogadung Industrial Estate covering an area of 433 hectares located in DKI Jakarta.

For more than 50 years of being established as an investment absorption center in Jakarta, the Pulogadung Industrial Estate has involved 500 national and multinational companies.
