KAI Distributes Train Ticket Discounts Of Up To 15 Percent At Jakarta Fair

JAKARTA - PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) or KAI spread discounted train tickets of up to 15 percent. The discount can be obtained by KAI's booth at the Jakarta Fair Kemayoran at the JIExpo Arena from June 12 to July 14, 2024.

VP of Public Relations of KAI Joni Martinus said, KAI provides a discount of 10 percent valid for all ages.

Meanwhile, continued Joni, a special 15 percent discount applies to children up to the age of 15.

This discount can be obtained by attaching a photocopy of the child's identity card (KIA) or family card (KK).

"The promo is to increase public interest in using trains during school holidays, as well as to make the Jakarta Fair Kemayoran event a success," he said in an official statement, Wednesday, June 12.

Furthermore, Joni added, this discount rate applies to departures up to D-45 for commercial trains of the executive, business and economic class in Java Island.

"This discount tariff cannot be combined with reduction rates (except for infant reduction), special tariffs, or other discounts. Tickets with discount rates can be canceled or rescheduled according to applicable regulations," he said.
