Check BCA Operational Schedule During Holidays And Joint Leave For The 2024 Increase In Jesus Christ

JAKARTA - PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) has adjusted the operational schedule of branch offices in the framework of the 2024 ascension of Jesus Christ holiday. This adjustment follows the joint holiday and leave schedule set by the government on 9-10 May 2024.

The following is the operational adjustment of the BCA branch office during holidays and joint leave of the 2024 increase in Jesus Christ. :

1. Thursday and Friday (9-10 May 2024) are not operating2. Saturday and Sunday (11-12 May 2024) banking services operate

BCA President Director Jahja Setiaatmadja said, during this period, customers can access BCA banking services anywhere and anytime through the myBCA, BCA mobile, internet banking (KlikBCA), and BCA ATM applications. All BCA branch offices will return to normal operations on Monday, May 13, 2024.

"We are committed to always serving various banking services for customers, including during holidays and collective leave. BCA services can be enjoyed by all customers through various company facilities that uphold the concept of banking from anywhere," said Jahja, Wednesday, May 8.

Jahja said customers can also take advantage of cardless features at BCA mobile and myBCA for depositing and withdrawing cash without a card at an ATM.

"We hope that various BCA services can meet various financial needs, so that customers can optimally enjoy this holiday moment," continued Jahja.

Customers can enjoy various easy transaction methods such as payments via QRIS, Flazz top ups, as well as paying and refilling data package needs using the myBCA and BCA mobile applications.

Especially in myBCA, customers can take advantage of the Paylater feature to meet sudden needs with payment options later. Paylater BCA services can be used by customers after registering in the myBCA application first.

For offline receipt transactions for Pertamina product payments (B2B Pertamina), customers can access them in several branches that have weekend banking services.

The BCA branch offices that serve Pertamina's B2B offline transactions on May 11 and 12, 2024 are KCU Bandung, KCU Semarang, KCU Malang, KCU Solo Slamet Riyadi, KCU Palembang, KCU Medan, KCU Denpasar, KCU Galaxy, KCU Kelapa Gading. Services at each branch office are carried out according to the weekend banking service time
