JAKARTA - The Regional Owned Enterprise (BUMD) of DKI Jakarta Province, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) ensures that rice stocks in the Cipinang Rice Main Market (PIBC) are very safe. President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda), Employee Gunarso said that the amount of rice stocks from early April to early May continues to increase. This is the case in conjunction with the dry harvest season that has occurred since March until now. This amount is higher than the minimum number of safe stocks that must be controlled by PIBC, which is 30,000 tons. When asked about the strategy of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) in supporting food security, especially for the DKI Jakarta area, Wawan, who has only been appointed as the President Director of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) for 3 days, said that one of the fundamental strategies that must be carried out by PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) is to strengthen the foundation of the expansion industry, namely strengthening the source and production raw material network to ensure stock availability. For this reason, PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) itself will continue to increase the number of harvest yield absorption through various activities programs that have been prepared. So that in time PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) can meet the buffer stock needs for the sale of PT Food Station Tjipinang Jaya (Perseroda) to serve the DKI food security program and serve customer needs.
