Pertamina Patra Niaga's Corporate Secretary, Irto Ginting said the decision not to change fuel prices refers to several aspects, including the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Decree No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022 regarding the JBU price formulation or non-subsidized fuel.
In this regulation, the fuel price formulation is influenced by the US dollar exchange rate and MOPS.
