JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) through the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Housing distributed the Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS) for 147 uninhabitable houses in Papua Province.

In total, there are four sub-districts in Jayapura City that have received the BSPS program of the Ministry of PUPR 2023.

"As part of the implementation of the 2023 Self-Help Housing Stimulant Assistance Program (BSPS), as many as 147 uninhabitable houses (RTLH) in Jayapura City received BSPS from the Ministry of PUPR," reads a statement from the Ministry of PUPR quoted from its official Instagram account @kemenpupr, Tuesday, April 30.

In this program, each beneficiary gets IDR 23.5 million to rehabilitate his house. "The houses have now been rehabilitated as habitable," he said.

In detail, for Abepura District in Wahno Village, 36 housing units have been repaired. Then, in South Jayapura District, which is spread across Ardipura, Entrop and Argapura Villages, 41 houses were rehabilitated.
