Up Rp96, CPO Price In Jambi So Rp12,900 Per Kg

JAMBI - The Jambi Province Fresh Fruitmark (FFB) price formulating team for the period 19-25 April 2024 stipulates that crude palm oil (CPO) will increase by Rp. 96 from Rp. 12,804 per kilogram to Rp. 12,900 per kilogram (kg).

Meanwhile, the price of palm kernels and fruit bunches (FFB) for palm oil also increased for palm kernels by Rp264 per kilogram from Rp6,964 to Rp7,213 per kilogram.

"The price of FFB has increased by Rp. 52 from Rp. 2,904 to Rp. 2,956 per kilogram," said Head of the Jambi Plantation Service (Kadisbun) Agusrizal, Monday.

The price of this FFB is a price intended for farmers who have become partners of palm processing companies where the Jambi Provincial Government formed an extension through the palm oil FFB price task force in the regions.

The price of FFB in Jambi for FFB for three years of planting age set for this period is IDR 2,326 per kg, four years of planting age IDR 2,466 per kilogram, five years of planting age IDR 2,581 per kilogram, six years of planting age IDR 2,690 per kg and seven years of planting age IDR 2,758 per kilogram.

Then for eight years of planting age worth Rp2,815 per kilogram, 9 years of planting age Rp2,871 per kilogram, 10 to 20 years of planting age Rp2,956 per kilogram, 21 to 24 years of age Rp2,865 per kilogram and over 25 years of Rp2,729 per kilogram.

The increase in the price of FFB, palm kernel and CPO is known based on the results of a meeting to determine the prices of CPO, TBS, and palm kernel, which is the agreement of the perumus team in a meeting attended by entrepreneurs, cooperatives and oil palm farming groups based on ministerial regulations and governor regulations.

TBS prices vary depending on the age of various planting periods. Then this price also applies to palm oil farmers who have partnered with palm oil factories.

In maintaining the stability of FFB prices in Jambi, the government has advised all districts to create a team to monitor the price of oil palm heads in their respective regions.
