ASN Early Stage Moves To IKN Will Get Pionization Allowance, Anything?

JAKARTA - Minister of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPAN-RB) Abdullah Azwar Anas said that State Civil Apparatus (ASN) who moves to IKN in the early stages will receive a package-shaped allowance called 'Pining allowance'.

Anas said, there will be three costs borne by the government, namely the cost of packing, the cost of waiting and transportation costs. He detailed the components that get dependent rights in the process of transferring them.

"Later, the transfer, packaging of goods, transportation and so on will be assisted," Anas said at a press conference on the 'Skema for the Transfer of ASN to the Capital City of the Archipelago (IKN)' at the Kominfo office, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 17.

"One ASN, packaging costs, then ASN couples, waiting fees. Then, there is a household assistant (ART) that costs transportation and so on," he continued.

Even so, Anas has not been able to specify how much is the nominal. The matters related to the details of the Pionir Allowance budget will still be discussed further in a limited meeting (ratas) with the Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati.

"For special incentives related to the Pionir Allowance, I can't announce it at this place because I'm still waiting for the flats in the near future," he said.

The Ministry of State Apparatus Empowerment and Bureaucratic Reform (KemenPAN-RB) said that at least 11,916 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees would go to the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan, for the initial stage.

Later, this number will adjust to the availability of housing and infrastructure at IKN.

The government has also set a priority scale for the transfer of ASN to IKN. Some of those included in the first priority are Defense and Security ASN (Hankam), young ASN and those with digital capabilities.

The plan is for the ASN transfer scheme to be carried out in stages. Thus, the departure of ASN employees to IKN was not carried out directly by thousands of people simultaneously.
