JAKARTA - Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) Arifin Tasrif issued a new regulation regarding the nuclear organization preparation team.
The regulation is contained in the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 34.K/HK.02/MEM/2024 concerning Amendments to the Decree of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 250.K/HK.02/MEM/2021 concerning the Preparation Team for the Establishment of the Implementation Organization for the Nuclear Energy Program (Nuclear Energy Program Implementing Organization).
This rule was issued in the context of preparing for the formation of the Preparation Team for the Implementation of the Nuclear Energy Program (Nuclear Energy Program Implementing Organization).
Article 1 states that the working period of the NEPIO formation team starts from January 1, 2024 to the formation of NEPIO.
