The Head Of OIKN Said That The Nusantara Hotel Project Aguan Cs Will Be Completed In August This Year

JAKARTA - Head of the Archipelago Capital Authority (OIKN) Bambang Susantono revealed the Development Ecosystem Plan at IKN in 2024. One of them is related to hotels.

"So, indeed there will be infrastructure buildings built by the Ministry of PUPR, but there will also be several private investors whose buildings have begun to appear," Bambang said in a Hearing Meeting with Commission II of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday, March 18.

Bambang assessed that the construction of the Nusantara Hotel will be completed in the near future. Just to note, the construction of the hotel is a combination of the Nusantara Consortium consisting of 10 leading companies in Indonesia, such as the Agung Sedayu Group owned by Aguan-Sugianto Kusuma, Adaro owned by TP Rahmat/Boy Tohir and Barito Pacific owned by Prajogo Pangestu.

"Especially, for Hotel Nusantara, which is expected to be completed in July-August (2024) and can start operating with 200 rooms. That's the Hotel Nusantara," he said.

The groundbreaking for the construction of the Nusantara Hotel has been carried out on September 21, 2023. It is known that the total investment value for the construction of malls, hotels and offices in IKN has reached IDR 20 trillion.

In addition, said Bambang, there is another hotel management which is also targeted to be completed soon. The hotel is BSH Qubika which added a capital of up to IDR 100 billion at IKN.

"Besides there is also another hotel which is declared, God willing, it will also be completed with 200 rooms, Qubika Hotel, that's 3 stars," he said.

"Then, the others are still on progress. So, maybe it will not be available at the ceremony in August 2024," he added.
