JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) Regional Sumatra seeks to increase oil and gas production by conducting integrated drilling to present quality, efficient, reliable and safe oil wells.

This effort was made through the signing of an Integrated Drilling, Engineering, Supervisory and Services (IDESS) collaboration between Pertamina Hulu Rokan (PHR) and Pertamina Drilling Services Indonesia (Pertamina Drilling).

Ruby explained, this collaboration includes drilling services for 8 years, consisting of 4 Driling Rig 550HP units, 2 Rig750 HP Drilling Units including other related resources.

With the IDESS, it is hoped that Pertamina Drilling can improve its capabilities by conducting reliable and prudent project management, investment in new rigs and other service devices to support PHR in achieving production targets.

"Let's support efforts to provide the best for operational activities, especially drilling which is a priority for PHR WK Rokan. The target in 2024 is 167 MBOPD with 500 drilling wells," Ruby added.
