Meanwhile, in Sumedang Regency, Jasa Marga handed over assistance through the Sumedang Regency Disaster Emergency Management Post and was received directly by the Head of Cintamulya Village, Syarif Wahyudi.
Lisye ensured that his party continues to strive to respond quickly in providing assistance needed by communities affected by the tornado, as happened in Rancaekek and Jatinangor.
"It is hoped that the assistance provided is in accordance with the needs of the community and can ease the burden on the people affected by the natural disaster," he said.
He added that his party as the Coordinator of the BUMN Disaster Task Force for West Java Province (Jabar) would continue to identify the needs of people affected by the tornado in the two areas.
Efforts are also being made to coordinate with a number of other SOEs, local governments and local relevant agencies for the distribution of more optimal aid.
