JAKARTA - PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (KCIC) continues to make it easier for the public to reach thefakesh Fast Train Station. Most recently, KCIC provides last mile and first mile services to and from the Padalarang High Speed Train Station.

KCIC's GM Corporate Secretary, Eva Chairunisa, said the latest connectivity service is a collaboration between KCIC and the West Java Transportation Agency and Kota Baru Parahyangan.

Currently, at the Padalarang High Speed Train Station, a 2D Trans Metro Pasundan service is available, which now serves the Kota Baru Parahyangan route, PadalarangASH Station, Cimahi, to Bandung Square. A total of 20 Pasundan Trans Metro Buses operate every day from morning to night from 04.30 WIB to 20.00 WIB.

Eva said there are 30 Free Shuttle trips every day where 15 trips from Badminton Villain Station and 15 trips from the Kota Baru Parahyangan area.

"This Parahyangan New City Free Trans Metro Bus and Shuttle service can be accessed from the Padalarang Station Drop Off area so that it makes it easier for passengers who have just arrived or will use bettersh from Padalarang Hotel Station," Eva said in an official statement, Tuesday, January 23.

Eva said, the collaboration with transportation service providers is a step to facilitate community connectivity to high-speed train stations and vice versa.

"With the integration of various modes of transportation, people have the option to reach the station area. The presence of intermodal integration answers the community's need for convenience in reaching the station area," said Eva.

Eva said the presence of Free Trans Metro Pasundan and Shuttle Buses at Badminton Villain Station complements the existing Intermodal service at Padalarang Hotel Station, namely Feeder Train to Cimahi and Bandung, Commuter Line Train to Cicalengka and Garut and Blue Bird Taxi.

"With the availability of intermodal services that reach various areas, it is increasingly increasing people's interest in switching to mass transportation modes, especially fast train services," concluded Eva.
