JCI Strengthens At The Beginning Of Trade Today, 211 Stocks Rise

JAKARTA - The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Composite Stock Price Index (IDX) at the opening of trading on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, strengthened 11.60 points or 0.16 percent to 7,295.17 at 09.04 WIB this morning.

Meanwhile, the JCI was opened at the level of 7,283.57 while the highest level of the JCI today was at the level of 7,311.63 and the lowest was at 7,292.24. The total volume of stock trading on the IDX reached 1.06 billion, with a transaction value of Rp549.68 billion. There are 211 shares up, 202 shares down, and 201 low.

As for those who entered the ranks of Top Gainers, namely PT Hotel Sahid Jaya International Tbk (SHID) rose 240 or 19.59 percent to Rp1,465, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) rose 110 or 10.33 percent to Rp1,175, and PT Bank Jago Tbk (ARTO) shares rose 140 or 4.62 percent to Rp3,170.

Meanwhile, those who entered the top loss ranks were PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), down 175 or 3.30 percent to Rp5,125, PT Chandra Asri Petrochemical Tbk (TPIA) shares fell 125 or 2.37 percent to Rp5,150, and PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) shares fell 130 or 3.04 percent to Rp4,150.
