Jasa Marga's Corporate Communication & Community Development Group Head Lisye Octaviana said the toll rate discount will be valid for 24 hours starting at 00.00 WIB until 24.00 WIB, and applies to all groups of vehicles.

"For backflow travel, road users can take advantage of a 10 percent toll rate cut that applies on the Trans Java Toll Road for a continuous return flow from Semarang to Jakarta from GT Kalikangkung to GT Cikampek Utama," said Lisye.

Lisye added, during the return flow of the 2024 New Year holiday from December 31, 2023 to January 2, 2024, there were 515,778 vehicles returned to the Jabotabek area through four toll gates.

The four toll gates, namely GT Cikupa (from Merak), GT Ciawi (from Puncak), GT Cikampek Utama (from Trans Java) and GT Kalihurip Utama (from Bandung).

According to Lisye, the number of vehicles increased by 6.69 percent compared to the peak backflow of the 2024 New Year holiday in the last year period.
