Starting Tomorrow, Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Section 2 Pamulang-Cinere Operates

JAKARTA - PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk (JSMR) through its subsidiary PT Cinere Serpong Jaya (CSJ) will operate the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Section 2 Pamulang-Cinere on Friday, December 22, 2023, starting at 00.00 WIB.

President Director of PT CSJ Mirza Nurul Handayani said Section 2 Pamulang-Cinere has a length of 3.64 kilometers (KM) which will be connected to the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road Section 3B of the Krukut-Limo Section managed by PT Translingkar Kita Jaya (TLKJ).

Mirza said, for the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road Section 2 Pamulang-Cinere, no toll rates have been charged. However, for road users, both from Bogor to Serpong, Kunciran, Airport and vice versa, road users will continue to make transactions at the Limo Utama Toll Gate (GT), GT Limo 1 and GT Limo 2 which are managed by PT TLKJ.

"When operating, the end of the main road of the Serpong Cinere Toll Road Section 2 Pamulang-Cinere at KM 35+262 will be connected directly to the main road from the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road Section 3B Krukut-Limo section," Mirza said in a written statement, Thursday, December 21.

"With the connection of the toll road in question, road users who will enter or leave in Limo or continue to or go to Jagorawi Toll Road will still make transactions at GT Limo Utama, GT Limo 1 and GT Limo 2 with the amount of toll rates for the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road that have been operating before," he added.

To support the operation, PT CSJ has also prepared a number of supporting facilities, including Jasa Marga Alert posts for the Christmas 2023 and New Year 2024 periods, alerting Mobile Service Customer Service (MCS) officers, information on Dynamic Message Signs (DMS), signposts and warnings such as speed limits, pointing signs and lighting lights.

"We urge road users to ensure the adequacy of electronic money balances. In addition, road users also need to ensure the adequacy of vehicle fuel and to comply with signs and directions from officers in the field," said Mirza.

The Serpong-Cinere Toll Road is connected to the Kunciran-Serpong Toll Road, the Cengkareng-Batuceper-Kunciran Toll Road and the Cinere-Jagorawi Toll Road which are part of the Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR) 2 West Region.

The JORR 2 Toll Road adds alternatives to and from Soekarno-Hatta Airport, so that road users living around Jabotabek can also avoid the potential congestion that occurs on the Sedyatmo Toll Road which is the main access from the JORR 1 Toll Road and the Inner City Toll Road, both from the Tanjung Priok direction and the Cawang direction.
