Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Progress Section 1 Capai 75.29 Percent, Targeted To Be Completed In 2024

JAKARTA - PT Hutama Karya (Persero) Tbk or HK reported that the progress of the construction of the Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road Section 1 Padang Tiji-Seulimum section has reached 75.29 percent until December 2023.

Launching from Hutama Karya's official Instagram page at @hutamakarya, the progress of the Padang Tiji-Seulimum toll road has reached 75.29 percent.

In order to accelerate the completion of the toll road construction, Hutama Karya is known to use 3D BIM model technology in all construction processes.

"The measurements of the progress of excavation and pile (also using technology) of photogrammetry drones, as well as using the blasting method for excavations on the main road," wrote HK's official statement in its official Instagram account upload, quoted Monday, December 18.

According to the plan, the toll road will be completed in the first quarter of 2024 and is considered to be able to shorten the travel time from Padang Tiji-Seulimum which was originally 60 minutes to 20 minutes.

In addition, this toll road is also expected to accelerate the pace of the economy through easy access to logistics in the area.

The Sigli-Banda Aceh Toll Road stretches for 74.2 kilometers (km) and consists of 6 sections.

The details are Section 1 Padang Tiji-Seulimum (14.67 km), Section 2 Seulimeum-Jantho (6.26 km), and Section 3 Jantho-Indrapuri (16.37 km).

Then, Section 4 Indrapuri-Blang Bintang (14.60 km), Section 5 Blang Bintang-Kuto Baro (7.3 km), and Section 6 Kuto Baro-Simpang (5 km).
