Deputy Head Of The IKN Authority Has Been Appointed As President Commissioner Of PTPP

JAKARTA - The Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) of PT PP Tbk (PTPP) officially appointed Deputy Head of the IKN Authority Dhony Rahajoe as President Commissioner of the company.

PTPP Corporate Secretary Bakhtiyar Efendi said Dhony replaced Andi Gani Nena Wea, who previously served as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner.

"The change in management due to the resignation of two boards of commissioners, namely Andi Gani Nena Wea as President Commissioner and Ayodhia GL Kalake as commissioner," he said at a press conference, Wednesday, December 13.

Bakhtiyar added that apart from appointing Dhony Rahajoe as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner, the EGMS also appointed Jaya Kusuma to fill the position of Independent Commissioner.

For information, the EGMS will be held at Plaza PP, Pasar Rebo, Jakarta, starting at 14.00 WIB. There are at least two agendas that will be discussed in the PTPP EGMS. First, the implementation of the regulation of the Minister of SOEs regarding Special Assignments and the Social and Environmental Responsibility Program of State-Owned Enterprises.

The second agenda is changes to the company's management. PTPP last changed the board of directors at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which was held in April 2023.

At that time, the company's AGMS decided to change the composition of the board of directors. Operations Director for Building Anton Satyo Hendriatmo resigned his position as director. His position was replaced by Yuyus Juarsa.

Additional information, until the third quarter of 2023, PTPP is one of the BUMN Karya capable of scoring a net profit. In this period PTPP earned a profit of IDR 239.72 billion, up 70 percent year-on-year (YoY).

However, PTPP's operating income fell 9.18 percent YoY to Rp12.22 trillion. This decline was due to the weakening revenue of the construction service segment which reached Rp9.92 trillion or corrected by 8.19 percent YoY.

The engineering, procurement and construction segments or engineering-procurement-construction (EPC) posted revenues of IDR 1.38 trillion, an increase of 73.58 percent on an annual basis.
