For that, through the support from Commission VII, we can realize it. This is very useful and we hope that next year, this program can continue," said Jisman.

Jisman said that by 2025 the target is for all people in Indonesia to get access to electricity. Access to electricity is able to encourage the interest in learning for school children, the economy of rural communities is also increasing so as to be able to encourage an increase in the welfare of the community.

PLN's Director of Commerce and Customer Management Edi Srimulyanti conveyed PLN's commitment to support the government in realizing fair energy throughout the country through equal distribution of electricity. The presence of PLN electricity through BPBL is expected to be able to encourage the wheels of the economy and improve people's lives.

Throughout 2023, PLN will run a free electricity continued program for 125,000 households in 32 provinces in Indonesia.

"To this day, Alhamdulillah, we have completely completed it, even reaching 105 percent of the target with a total of 131,600 households getting 24-hour electricity," explained Edi.

Especially for West Java, said Edi, there are 24 thousand households who have received this program, while for the city of Bogor there are 2,580 households.
