Increase The Interest Of Young Digital Business Children Through The Mandiri Friends Of Education 2023

JAKARTA - PT Bank Mandiri organizes the Mandiri Sahabat Education 2023 program for students and students as a first step for the younger generation to learn about leadership and investment.

This financial literacy program collaborates with Mandiri Group such as Mandiri Sekuritas, Mandiri Capital Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Museum or other related business groups that will be implemented online or offline.

Region V/Jakarta 1 Regional CEO Bank Mandiri Sulaeman explained that the activity was one of a series of educational Friends Mandiri activities that began in October 2023.

"This program aims to equip the younger generation with the knowledge and skills needed to plan their financial future independently and also anticipate facing digital economic changes," said Sulaeman in a statement to the media, Tuesday, November 28.

He added, in this modern era, investing in stocks and entrepreneurship is an attractive choice for individuals who want to create new business opportunities, anticipate changes in digital investment, and achieve financial success.

However, the lack of understanding of the stock market, financial management, and entrepreneurship is often an obstacle for students and students who want to be involved in this industry.

"In today's era of digital technology, Bank Mandiri and its subsidiaries have also supported digital transformation by developing various digital technology-based services, including KOPRA by Mandiri for financial transaction solutions at Private Universities, and Livin' by Mandiri for students," continued Sulaeman.

He added that currently Bank Mandiri provides student tuition payment services on Bank Mandiri's channel through Mandiri Virtual Account solutions that have existed since 2008 so that the services provided can make it easier for students to make payments through Super App 'Livin by Mandiri' and support the acceleration of payment recipients of SPP for Indonesian Catholic University Atma Jaya.

Similarly, Executive Executive Official of Mandiri Capital Indonesia (MCI) Ronald Simorangkir said that his party is committed to continuing to support digital transformation and providing education related to the growth of the startup ecosystem in Indonesia.
