JAKARTA - PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI) has launched a luxury home product, namely The Gramercy which is priced from IDR 16 billion to IDR 28 billion per unit, on November 1.
Investor Relations Alam Sutera Tassa Remisha said the project, which was just inaugurated by the company in early November, had recorded marketing sales of up to IDR 300 billion.
"This is the first high-end project from Alam Sutera which was just launched in early November 2023. Until now, we have received a very good response. We have recorded marketing sales of almost IDR 300 billion from The Gramersy," said Tassa on the Public Expose Live agenda online, Tuesday, November 28.
In detail, Tassa said that the total area of the Gramersy cluster located in Alam Sutera reached 7.5 hectares.
The Gramersy units were built on 312 square meters to 600 square meters and a building area of 398 square meters-568 square meters.
Tassa assessed that ASRI's launch of luxury home products was carried out in line with the high interest in the upper class segment in recent times.
Furthermore, Tassa said, when the COVID-19 pandemic hit, ASRI was also known to have succeeded in selling out the Sutera Winona cluster project with a price range of IDR 4 billion to IDR 10 billion and managed to record marketing sales of IDR 1.2 trillion.
"Seeing these results, we analyzed the high-class segment quite resilience and strong. Armed with this experience, we launched The Gramersy," he added.
