KISI Asset Management Issues EFT Mutual Fund Products, Here Are Criteria From 30 Shares

JAKARTA - PT KISI Asset Management or KISI AM launched a new product in the form of a mutual exchange fund Trade Fund (ETF). The mutual fund name is the IDX30 ETF KISI Index (KISI IDX30 ETF).

"The IDX30 ETF KISI Index Mutual Fund is an ETF with reference for the IDX30 Index, which is an index that measures the price performance of 30 stocks that have high liquidity and large market capitalization, and is supported by good corporate fundamentals," said KISI AM President Director, Mustofa.

Mustofa revealed that KISI IDX30 ETF has obtained an effective statement from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), so that it can be traded on the IDX with the trade code XKID.

He continued, this index is designed to provide a representative picture of the overall performance of the Indonesian stock market.

"The share statements in this index are based on a number of criteria, such as market capitalization, liquidity, and other relevant factors," Mustofa said.

He continued, KISI IDX30 ETF was offered to the public with a Clean Activities Value (NAB) of the initial 1,000 or a minimum purchase of the Participation Unit through the participants' dealers, namely PT Korea Investment and Sekuritas Indonesia, amounting to one creation unit.

"The purpose of investment from KISI product IDX30 ETF is to provide efficient and transparent investment alternatives for market players in Indonesia issued by the IDX through investments in accordance with investment policies," said Mustofa.

Furthermore, the investment policy of this product is a minimum of 80 percent of NAB on equity securities traded on the IDX30 Index and a maximum of 20 percent of NAB in domestic money market instruments that are due no more than one year and/or deposits; in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.

"Investment on the shares listed in the IDX30 Index will amount to at least 80 percent of the total shares listed in the IDX30 Index," said Mustofa.

Meanwhile, he continued, each share portion will be determined pro-evenly following the weight of each share on the IDX30 Index, where the subscription of each share is at least 80 percent and a maximum of 120 percent of the weight of each share concerned in the IDX30 Index.
