The Expert Team / Expert for the Sustainable Toll Road Assessment (JTB) Endang Setyaningrum said, in addition to fulfilling SPM, JTB's assessment in 2023 also emphasized improving the quality of gender-friendly facilities, increasing public concern for toll road users, and expanding access to local economic investment.

Endang said that the supporting function and complementary function in the rest area must be fulfilled, such as the availability of toilets, parking areas, gas stations, prayer rooms, and so on.
