JAKARTA - Commission XI of the House of Representatives approved an injection of funds through state capital participation (PMN) for two state-owned SOEs, namely the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Operators (LPPNPI) or AirNav Indonesia and IFG Life.
Deputy Chairman of Commission XI Dolfie Onthniel Frederic Palit said Commission XI of the DPR approved PMN for AirNav of IDR 1.55 trillion in 2023. This PMN consists of cash and non-cash.
"Commission XI of the House of Representatives approved a cash PMN in the 2023 fiscal year of Rp659.19 billion to Perum LPPNPI," said Dolfie in a meeting with the Ministry of Finance, LPPNPI, and IFG Life, Monday, September 18.
"Commission XI approved the implementation of PMN non-cash budget 2023 in the form of state property with an acquisition value of Rp. 829,009,996,471," he continued.
AirNav will use this cash PMN to complete flight navigation and rejuvenation of four Air Traffic Management Systems in Jakarta, Balikpapan, Medan and Pontianak. In addition, this PMN is also a form of support for the relocation of the State Capital.
Meanwhile, non-cash PMN will strengthen the capital structure and increase the business capacity of Perum LPPNPI. As well as optimizing the benefits of state property from the Ministry of Transportation related to navigation to AirNav.
