BLBI Task Force Confiscates Surya Perkasa Intuteama And Gasindo Marine Indonesia's Assets

The Task Force for Handling State Collection Rights for the Bank Indonesia Liquidity Assistance Fund (BLBI Task Force) is said to have carried out confiscation of assets of PT Putra Surya Perkasa Intugutama (PSPI) and PT Gasindo Marine Indonesia.

Head of the BLBI Task Force Rionald Silaban said the effort was taken to settle the obligation to be in arrears to the respective PSPI countries amounting to Rp80.58 billion and Gasindo Marine Rp45.96 billion plus 45.33 million US dollars.

"The confiscation was carried out by the BLBI Task Force through the Jakarta V Jodik Susanto KPKNL Department for other assets related to PT Putra Surya Perkasa Intutiama and Andika R. Ababil for other assets related to PT Gasindo Marine Indonesia," he said as reported by the official website today, Wednesday, September 6.

Rional explained that the confiscated PSPI assets were in the form of 2 (two) plots of land in Meruya Selatan Village, Kembangan District, West Jakarta in accordance with the Ownership Certificate (SHM) No. 951 covering an area of 375 m2 a.n. Dwijanto Gondokusumo and SHM No. 955 covering an area of 375 m2 a.n. Dwijanto Gondokusumo.

Furthermore, other assets of PT Putra Surya Perkasa Intautama and PT Gasindo Marine Indonesia that have been confiscated will continue the process of being managed by PUPN through a mechanism as regulated in applicable regulations. Then there will be auction sales or other settlements," he said.

Rionald ensured that the BLBI Task Force consistently continues to make ongoing efforts to ensure that the return of state collection rights can be fulfilled.

"This was taken through a series of efforts such as blocking, confiscation, and selling assets of collateral and other assets owned by obligors/debtors who have so far obtained BLBI funding facilities and have not or have not completed their obligations to the state properly," concluded Rionald.
